  2. What’s on offer? The whole building complex is being offered under the terms of a full repairing lease for a term of 25 years. The areas being offered include: • The main Concert Hall • main hall, gallery bar and balcony including stage and back stage facilities • capacity 312 • The Upper Hall & The Lower Hall • separate access via adjacent building • capacity 100 each • The two former flats adjacent to the main building each with separate access • 4 - 7 rooms split over 2 storeys

  3. What’s on offer? The complex also incorporates; • bar and bar storage facilities • kitchen facilities • basement storage space • garage and drop off car park at rear Approximate Total of 1100m2
