  5. Kako motivirati sebe i kolege? • Upitnik o motivaciji • Što nas motivira? Koji faktori utječu na motivaciju? • Individualne razlike(meta programi) • Poboljšanje motivacije • Aktivnosti: što se možemo pitati dnevno; • Profesionalno usavršavanje;

  6. Važnost dobrog početka učenja stranog jezika • Zašto su početci tako važni :okvir za rad, privlače pažnju slušatelja, buduće radnje, zadržavanje interesa; • Tajne dobrog početka :jasni ciljevi, pozitivno okruženje, pravila ponašanja, očekivanja učitelja; • Ciljevi : stvoriti pravu sredinu za učenje, uključiti učenike u rad; • Završetci :za pamćenje, ponoviti sve, misliti dalje
