  8. The CBT Development Process - Lessons Learned • Lack of using the SE process to develop the process resulted in more expensive, time-consuming course development. • The process was cumbersome and boring for SME’s fighting duel roles, that of process guru and their “real” engineering jobs.

  9. More Lessons Learned • Building consensus among people with differing experiences led to a time and cost inefficient development • Using external CBT development experts allowed us to build well-respected and user friendly courses.
