  2. TOPIC • The topic of this meeting is to analyze the result of 2013 and give you the 2014’s targets. • Result • Objectives: - Develop CSR - Increase savings - Increase the sales of booket

Develop Corporate Social Responsibility • I propose you 3 points to achieve this goal: • Responsible and sustainable: Divided by 2 the number of printer in each agency and used recycled paper. • Environmental: Achieve a carbon footprint of all local banks • Social: Disseminate a guide to responsible practices to the employees, shareholders and directors.

  4. The Motivations • More the company will be responsible, more the government will give us some premium, which will be distributed to the most responsible agencies. • Your year-end promotions also take into account. • Finally, we want to become the most responsible cooperative bank.
