Project Plan (Comparison) • Rolling wave planning • Develop project plan for three weeks period • Met all milestones • Ahead of Schedule • Under budget • Late start for electrical system but pick up towards the end • Unexpected lead time for parts • Ratchet testing • Unresponsive vendor for motor
