  3. Welcome to… Goliath

  4. As the coaster jerks forward, the flow of electrical energy begins.

  5. As the car ascends, it gains potential energy.

  6. At the top of the incline, right before it drops, it has its highest level of potential energy. Here Here And here

  7. As the coaster races on the track, it creates thermal energy. On the way down the drop, I peed my pants! Although, saying it “creates” thermal energy is kind of misleading, because according to the law of conservation of energy, energy cannot be created, nor destroyed. It is simply transfered.

  8. Right before the car reaches the end of the drops, it has its highest level of kinetic energy. Here

  9. The car pulls to a stop and you get off.
