  2. Thirty-five die after out-of-hours GP care fails June 2007 The eight doctors who failed to diagnose my dying wife Does anybody remember? Penny Campbell, 41-year-old journalist, died in March 2005

  3. What have we set out to do? “To improve the healthcare and safety of patients registered with a Stockport General Practitioner. The Health Care Providers are working collaboratively to provide a secure, integrated electronic care record which will be held locally and available only to clinical partners at the point of care.”
