We are 5 months and 22 days old! • PRIORITIES & ACCOMPLISHMENTS • Priorities • Promoting and growing steadily with focus on local and national clients while promoting Full Service. • Preferences are large mandates; however, our current reality is that we will take anything. • Accomplishments • 18 appraisal mandates completed to date comprising 30 properties including primarily retail, commercial and industrial. Deals originating from local and national contacts. • Our brand &capabilities are getting known to the valuation market. Achieved through existing contacts, Colliers’ local contacts, presentations and old school prospecting. • Team: Benchmarking analyst joined in February, soon to have another accredited member, Oscar to be full time in July. Hopefully a team of 5 by end of year.

PS We pay referral fees. • Promote and secure IFRS and Benchmarking mandates in addition to primary valuation, tax and consultancy services. • Improve National CIRA recognition along with other offices. All CIRA offices communicate regularly and share portfolio mandates and referrals. We are coordinating report structures, information databases and processes. • The nationalization and globalization of our client base requires a strong and coordinated national team.
