  3. Tumorile cerebrale • HIC • Semne de localizare • Epilepsie recenta CT permite in urgenta : • Dg + • Bilantul de extensie • Complicatii • Control post-op

  4. Meningioame • Adulti: frecvent femei , TB • Intersul IRM : • diagnostic pozitiv • bilant (veinos +++)

  5. Neurinoame de acustic

  6. Tumori intra-axiale • Tumori primitive : • astrocitoame sau glioblastoame • Tumori ale glandei pineale • Dif. tumori primitive : ganglioglioame, etc. • Tumori secundare : metastaze • Tumori multiple +++

  7. Astrocitom infiltrant

  8. Metastaze cerebrale • Prognostic prost • IRM : sensibilitate +++
