Mentoring and building capacities of Indigenous Leaders; strengthening traditional governance systems Hands-on mentoring to the leaders, including the youth, and on-site discussion of the activities draws enthusiastic and inspired participation from the community.   10. Sometimes community meetings are held by the side of the highway, like in Magsaysay, Misamis Oriental. But one can see the genuine interest of the tribes people, in the attendance of the members of the Council of Elders, to learn how to improve their livelihoods and systems to manage it.
