  20. Conversation 1 H - Let's wash your hair first. C - It's clean. H - Oh, I know, but let´s wash it to remove the oil from the roots. C - Ok.

  21. H - Now...What do you have in mind? C - Cut it in waves to the neck line. H - What about the color? C - Well, I´d like something dramatic. H - Would you like to change the color? C - Not completely. H - Let´s put it a dark blond. It´s very beautiful. C - How long does it take? H - About an hour. C - Ok.

  22. H - Would you like something to drink? Coffee ? Water? C - Coffee, please. H - Right away.

  23. Conversation 2 C - I have wavy hair. H - Yes, and very smooth. What do you want to do ? C - Well, I want to have a perm. H - What about the bangs? C - Yeah...I don´t know...

  24. H - Let the bangs grow a bit, and then you decide. C - Maybe you're right. H - Let´s trim the ends in a round shape. What do you say to that? C - I think it's a great idea.
