  • It is considered a delicacy in Spain

Pulpo a la Gallega
  • Pulpo a la Gallega is boiled octopus served with paprika, rock salt, and olive oil.
  • Although the flavor of it is not too different, the texture has the tendency to throw some people off.
gambas ajillo
  • GambasAjillo is a large pawn/shrimp cooked in olive oil with garlic and chilli flakes.
  • It is very common in Madrid.
  • It is very delicious.
  • Paella is a Spanish rice dish.
  • It can be served with vegetables, meat, or shrimp.

  • They are very spicy.
