  6. Maintenance Area • Replace two (2) overhead doors at maintenance area below the Pro Shop

  7. Upstairs Banquet Room • Clean carpet • Vinyl floors • Wax

  8. Upstairs Banquet Room • New projection screen • New sound system

  9. Banquet Room & Social Quarters • Paint bathroom walls, doors, and frames

  10. Upper Bar Area • Four (4) new blinds • Nine (9) new windows • Install energy-efficient lighting

  11. Kitchen • New stove
