PIRATES. By Emma Harvey. PIRATES HOMES. Pirates attacked and stole other peoples ships. They lived on the ships and went on adventures. WHAT PIRATES ATE. Pirates ate mostly meat like chicken , beef or even lamb. Sometimes they ate cheese when they had it.

  2. PIRATES HOMES • Pirates attacked and stole other peoples ships. • They lived on the ships and went on adventures.

  3. WHAT PIRATES ATE • Pirates ate mostly meat like chicken , beef or even lamb. • Sometimes they ate cheese when they had it. • Pirates are famous for drinking Rum!

  4. PIRATE CLOTHES • Pirates wore fine cloaks ,blouses, canvas shorts and rags.

  5. PIRATE FLAGS • Pirates had a famous flag called the Jolly Roger • The flag is very famous and is a skull and two crossbones.

  6. INTERESTING PIRATE FACTS • Pirates very rarely buried their treasure and they rarely walked the plank! • Not all pirates were criminals; some were nice. • Pirates didn't get enough vitamin C while on long voyages which resulted in them getting a disease called "crickets“. This often caused them to go blind in one eye and is why pirates wear an eye patch.

  7. PIRATE FILMS • A very famous pirate film is PIRATES OF THE CARIBBEAN.I really like pirates of the Caribbean because Jack Sparrow is funny and the film is too.
