Howard Manor • Located on North Cleveland Street off of Lee Highway • 76 units of market-rateaffordable housing • CPDC will preserve this important affordable housing resource through a substantial renovation utilizing 9% LIHTC • $23 million project - $100,000 per unit renovation costs • 46 units @ 60% AMI, 15 units @ 50% AMI, 8 units @ 40% AMI, 7 unrestricted units • $9.9 million LIHTC equity, $5.9 million VHDA mortgage • $6.38 million Affordable Housing Investment Fund loan through Arlington County
