  2. 36 years/male • Pain on his left hip for 1 year • X-ray findings 1. wear of cup line with radiolucency around the cup subluxation 2. destruction of recycled proximal femeur 3. stable fixation of distal femoral stem with bone cement

  3. P/H 1994.12.21: pain on left hip for 3 mo. X-ray; large osteolytic lesion on femoral neck R/O GCT, ABC 1995. 1.10: PVNS on biopsy  BPHA Final Dx: Osteosarocma 1995. 3. Wide resection with recon. with autoclaved bone

  5. Replacement Arthroplasty 1. Cup replacement allgraft / bone cement 2. Femoral stem replacement How to take out the stem??? How to revise the stem??? Leave it alone???

  6. POD 1 year
