Two Great Companies from One • Agilent announced Sept. 19, 2013, it will separate into: • a Life Sciences, Diagnostics and Applied Markets company (to retain the Agilent name) • an Electronic Measurement company (with a new name) • Separation expected in early November 2014, subject to local legal procedures.
