In 2 years, nearly 75% of U.S. employees will work outside traditional office environments Field workers must achieve “direct customer interactions” 65-80% of the work week Today, 70% of U.S. employees use personal devices for official business Government drivers: Continuity of operations is expected, no matter where an employee is located. Office space and associated costs will be reduced and teleworking is expected to increase. Travel is expected to significantly decline. 3 Mobility Is Changing Our World
