  5. Stages – 6 to 12 years old Introductory sport specific clinics • Follow-up programs • Hand cycling • Community events • Sibling Participation in competitions decreases with age with specific sports (i.e. wheelchair basketball) • Outdoor Recreational opportunities

Healthy Teens, Healthy Communities is an all inclusive comprehensive health and wellness program specific for teens Access to Personal Trainers, Exercise Physiologists, Nutritionists and Coaches Access to a Age Specific Programs: 13 and 14 y/o 15 and 16 y/o 17 and up Personalized Health, Wellness and Fitness Program Peer Support and Interaction
