  4. NSS Awards • Radiation Instrumentation Outstanding Achievement Award • Early Career Award Nominations closed June 30 for these awards. There are several well qualified nominees. Awards will be presented at 2012 NSS.

SORMA West • 448 abstracts submitted, 378 accepted, 11 Exhibitors • 557 total registrants (424 R1-7, 53 R8, 22 R9, 58 R10) • $381,079    Total Receipts (preliminary) • $357,715    Total Outlays (preliminary) • $23,364    Surplus (preliminary) They "went green", and among other things, did not hand out ANY paper programs. Some attendees liked this, some didn't.
