  2. 2014 NSS/MIC • 1621 Submissions, 806 NSS, 706 accepted (100 rejected,14.2%) • 2013 Korea: 1759 total submitted, 813 NSS, 780 accepted (33 rejected, 4.2%) • 2012 Anaheim: 1794 total submitted, 855 NSS, 821 accepted (34 rejected, 4.1%) • Paperless Format • Mobile App for Android, iOS, Blackberry 10, Windows 8 Mobile • App available now (Play Store, iTunes, Blackberry AppWorld, Windows Mobile App Store – “2014 IEEE NSS MIC,” on conference website soon) • Current program presentation content from 2012 NSS/MIC • Short Course Program Tablets • Attendee Lounge • Poster Exhibition – all inclusive, all the time • Registration is open

NSS/MIC Conference Software • “Bo Yu” Paper submission software • Developed and maintained by Bo Yu • Used by the majority of NPSS conferences • Conference Registration Software • Commercially developed • Used by the majority of NPSS conferences • Recently transferred to Tony Lavietes • Updates needed • 13 years old (both created for the 2001 NSS/MIC) • Transition to new conference format (mobile app) • Breadth of application requires AdCom action
