  5. New Mission Statement Sustainable 19125 & 19134 aims to become a central hub of community action, coordinating folks working on sustainability in the neighborhood. Sustainable 19125 & 19134 will focus on connecting people who are not exposed to sustainability with those who have the knowledge and skills.

  6. Accomplishments • 458 trees planted • 2,269 CFL bulbs distributed • 1,191 recycling bins distributed • 4.3 tons of electronics recycled • 415 rain barrels distributed • 7,350 pounds of organic waste composted • 690 bags and 35,600 pounds of litter collected • 1,000 volunteers at events

  7. Cumulative Impact of Sustainable 19125 • 880 tons of waste diverted from landfills • 1.8 billion tons of CO2 reduced • $106,960 in savings to the City • 2,340 pounds of air pollution absorbed • 879,000 gallons of rainwater diverted from stormwater system
