Companies That Hire Engineers • Pretend you are searching for a job. • Yearly salary range or average • Benefits (insurance, vacation, 401K, sick days, etc.) • Location of offices (city and state or country) • What does the company make? What do they do to make money?
Types of Slides • Title • Introduction (Use the one you wrote for your brochure. This should be your 2nd slide.) • Conclusion (This should be your 2nd to last slide.) • Bibliography (5 sources. Cite your picture sources as well.)
Plan Your Presentation • Drafts must be submitted before you type. • Plan each slide. What will be written on it? Where will your pictures be placed? • Include at least 2 hyperlinks.
Bibliography • Minimum of 5 sources • Title of company, university, or organization that posts website. • Web address • Don’t forget to cite picture sources. • Google is a search engine and should not be cited.
