  2. 1 Get a mini start Get a Mini Start Need to get the big goals then hit the small goals first. Don’t bite off more than you can chew. Look at it this way. Rather dreaming of running 10 miles everyday do 10 push ups everyday. Wake up, stretch and hit it, even for just 5-10 minutes.

  3. Prepare Well in Advance Eat Healthy Do your grocery shopping accordingly & replace one meal with a healthy option. Wake Up Early Prepare the night before. Get into your sleep gear and switch off the lights. Exercise Lay out your gym clothes. Heck, sleep in them if you want!

  4. Pair Up There will always be people involved or join an online fitness coaching program around you having their own health goals . This plays a huge role in getting in the habit of doing the right things Don’t want to come across as the weak link. So no matter how bored you are you carry on.

  5. Even the best diet and fitness program will lose steam if they are not backed by solid determination and perseverance. So get in the Habit of staying healthy rather than just trying!
