It is vital to maintain sterility of the connectors during connection procedures.
A Universal Connector will allow the patient with a Fresenius Safe-Lock PD system to use Baxter supplies while in the hospital.

A Universal Connector (P/N #050-30026) or Pre-filled Universal Connector (P/N #050-30031) will connect to any of the patient catheter or catheter extension sets shown above.

from large end of

6. Remove the sterility protector
from the small end of the
7. Remove the sterility protector
from the Baxter extension set.
8. Attach the Baxter extension
set to the Universal
Connector. Proceed with
