Trim buccal/lingual walls until bridge fits passively over prep area
Place span over prepared area and have patient bite to centric occlusion • Resin will flow to form pontic, margins and contacts
Wait 30 seconds and have patient open. Use finger pressure to mold resin to buccal and lingual flange areas • Remember to lift bridge span off and on several times to prevent lock on • Repeat until resin is hard • Adjust occlusion while final cure takes place
