Key Terms • Quality – Achieving a minimum standard in production to meet the needs of customers. • Quality Control – Ensuring a product meets these minimum standards, often through testing of sample products. • Quality Assurance – Ensuring quality is delivered at all stages throughout the manufacturing process, making workers responsible for quality.
