This study investigates the expression levels and localization of ERα in MCF-7 and ZR-75-1 breast cancer cells under various treatments including OHT, ICI, and E2. Cytoplasmic and nuclear lysates were analyzed using Western blotting to assess the effects of these hormonal agents on ERα and tubulin expression. Supplementary Figure S2 presents the results, highlighting differences in receptor localization and potential implications for therapeutic strategies in estrogen receptor-positive breast cancer.
