Quarterly Reminders Absences:YOUare responsible for ALL work missed during an absence.YOUhave 1 day per day you are absent to make up work per LCPS policy.YOU must check the website or phone a friend to find out what we missed in class. YOU MUST HAVE YOUR WORK THE NEXT CLASS BLOCK IF YOU ONLY MISS 1 DAY!!!!!!! PROJECTS ARE DUE ON THE DUE DATE!!!! NO EXCEPTIONS!!!Passes out of class:Per the course syllabus you may ASK to leave class 4 times this quarter. After that you are in class unless it is an emergency or you are called by admin./guidance/et al. YOU are responsible for all work missed during your leave from class Study Habits:Coursework will intensify this quarter. Review your notes and vocabulary NIGHTLY. Stay on top of your work, ask questions, seek help. I am here everyday at 8 a.m. Latin Honor Society begins tutoring on Friday mornings at 8:15 a.m. There are LOTS of ways to be successful!! NOTA BENE : You will still have 1 homework pass a quarter and be able to drop 1 quiz grade at the END of the quarter. Quizzes that are permitted to be dropped will be those worth 30 points and under. Anything over 35 points and considered a BIG GRAMMAR QUIZ is not eligible to be dropped. Habete Optimum Diem!!!! 

I am here everyday by 8 a.m. Tutoring: This quarter the Latin Honor Society will be offering TUTORING help 1-2 mornings a week. Check the monthly calendar IN CLASS on the BLACKBOARD. Tutoring is from 8:15-8:45 a.m. ***In order to go on to the next level, you must have a solid C average for the year. There are many ways to accomplish this but the responsibility for success is YOURS.***
