  2. Getting Sleep • If you get sleep you will perform better the next day • Sleep is the best physical exercise you can do with the least effort • Sleep helps with your health

  3. Getting no Sleep • The lack of sleep can cause muscle pains • You can get hallucinations and memory loss • If you didn’t get a good nights sleep, you wouldn’t be able to perform good the next day

  4. My paragraph I believe that making the positive choice to getting a good sleep will impact my life by helping me with my next days activities. Sleeping is the easiest exercise that you can do with the littlest effort. If I don’t get a good nights sleep it could cause me to have memory loss and hallucinations. It could also cause me muscle pains. Sleep helps with my health.
