To Reduce Uncertainty and Insecurityin the Life of Peoplethe Following was Addressed • Problems Caused by Poverty, Unemployment, and Social Exclusion • Material and Spiritual Needs of Individuals, Their Families, and the Communities • Democracy and Accountable Governance / Administration • Peace and Security Within and Among All Nations “Social and Economic Development Cannot be Secured in a Sustainable Way Without the Full Participation of Women. Equality and Equity Between Women and Men is a Priority for the International Community and as such Must be at the Center of Economic and Social Development.”
