  4. to provide teachers and trainers at VET organizations with understanding and competence in diversification of training, based on individual expectations and abilities, and to manage training content for individual learning needs General project objective

After successful completion of the courses developed in the project, teachers and trainers will be able to: Design and deliver e-learning based on individualized scenarios Provide support for online learners Manage small learning segments on the basis of learners’ needs during learning process Find and use innovative technological tools to be used in teaching Build learning segments and transfer them to different learning environments on the basis of teachers’ and institutional needs Prepare personal professional development plan on the basis of self-assessment and competence assessment model On the basis of isomorphism, transfer learning experience into teaching and perform reflective professional activities Project objectives

VET teachers and trainers LLL facilitators Beneficiaries Products are developed for teachers and trainers in: • VET institutions • in labour market training centres • in regional professional training networks • in other education institutions involved in VET (distance education centres, day centres, multipurpose community telecentres, public internet access points)

  16. The project was transferred as Leonardo da Vinci “Transfer of Innovation” project to 2 new projects: EVETE 2, coordinated by KTU, Lithuania “Teachers in Action”, coordinated by Stratford-upon-Avon College, UK. Transferability and ideas for further development of the project theme
