Vocational Training for Sports Centres Employees

This pilot project aims to provide vocational training for employees of sports centres, enhancing their career competence in the sports sector. The project involves 9 partner countries and targets sports coordinators, sport management professionals, physical education teachers, sports coaches, and more. The project includes the creation of a training program, trial periods, certification, and valorization of project activities and outcomes.

Collecting and evaluating existing experiences and know how in the participating countries. • Creation of a syllabus including the appropriate training modules and didactic methods best suiting each module. • Drafting of a training program for trainers and teachers incl. a training seminar for trainers and teachers. • Trial period of the VET-program for Sports Coordinator.
