Workplace Climate • January 2013: All-staff workshopheld to collect feedback from staff on areas for development for workplace climate, attended by approximately 100 staff members. • Staff indicated a desire for a) abetter understanding of the work of others b) a desire for more social interaction with staff • October 2013: Call-our for volunteers to organize speed networking event.
