  3. Benefits for Eligible Career Fields • Up to $3,000 for One Year • May be Renewed one Additional Year • Total for Two Years up to $6,000

  4. Spouses of Enlisted Ranks E-5 and Below are Eligible

  5. Spouses of Officers Ranks O-1 to O-3 are Eligible

  6. Other Eligibility Criteria • Open to those with some college • Must at least have HS Diploma or GED • Married to sponsor at a demonstration site (i.e. San Diego Metro) • Sponsor must have at least 1 year remaining at site • Not receiving TAA or WIA funding

  7. Health Care Information Technology Education Financial Services Construction/Skills Trades Trades were chosen on basis of career portability and high growth nationally. Approved Careers
