  2. About the Collaboration • GRDC Funded: Training and Demonstration of PA in Practice • 3.5 years (July 2009-Dec 2012) • Working with 12 FSGs

  3. Each group’s commitment • Develop a PA group • Host 3 workshops annually • Establish 2 trials • Participate in Advanced training program • Local issues to specific PA needs • Allow groups to take ownership of direction • Build capacity in the region to develop “PA leaders”

  4. Farmer involvement • A number of participants in the PA in Practice project feature in new book PA in Practice II • Farmers involved in presentations at major events (EXPO, R&D forum and field days) • Farmers involved in field activities • Ground Cover • Stock Journal • Social media
