Maximizing Student Engagement and Financial Resources Through Provincial Activity Restructuring

This project aims to increase student presence and participation in classroom and provincial activities while optimizing financial resources. By minimizing learning interruptions, increasing classroom attendance, enhancing teacher presence, and facilitating student engagement in provincial activities, this restructuring initiative seeks to eliminate contingencies and create a stronger French-language environment during the Francophonie week. The proposed changes include reducing transportation costs by $7000, lowering substitute teacher expenses, and streamlining human resources allocation to benefit all students.
