  3. Nice . . . • Is not naïve • Is luckier in love • Makes more money • Is healthier • Spends less time in court! • Doesn’t mean sacrificing what you want for someone else. There’s always a 2nd, 3rd, or even 4th solution when you apply the principles of nice.

  4. The Six Power of Nice Principles • Positive impressions are like seeds. • You never know. • People change. • Nice must be automatic. • Negative impressions are like germs. • You will know!
