Provide Pending Service Order (PSON) S&E to CLEC • With this enhancement a new notice is sent to subscribing CLECs when service orders are entered and/or updated in the Service Order Processor (SOP). • Additionally, the new Pending Service Order Notice (PSON) and the existing LSR Completion Notice are validated to ensure they are being associated to the correct LSR. This material may be used only for CLEC internal, informational, non-commercial purposes.   6. Provide Pending Service Order (PSON) S&E to CLEC Cont. • CLECs must request PSON service. To order PSON service, call the Wholesale Systems Help Desk at 888-796-9102 and select option 3. The PSON generation takes effect at the beginning of the next workday after the CLECs have signed up to receive PSONs. • It will take until the beginning of the next work day for the PSON order process to take effect after the CLECs have requested them from the Help Desk.   7. Provide Pending Service Order (PSON) S&E to CLECCont. PSON (Pending Service Order Notice) • The PSON is generated when service order data is received from the SOP for all service orders associated with an LSR, or one hour after the FOC is issued. • If data for a given service order does not exist in IMA, a standard “Service Order Data Not Available” message will be sent for that service order on the PSON. This material may be used only for CLEC internal, informational, non-commercial purposes.   8. Provide Pending Service Order (PSON) S&E to CLECCont. The PSON will have the same fields as the current LSR Completion notice with the additional fields of: 1. Order Change Indicator 2. Service Order Status 3. Service Order Due Date The PSON is delivered via the same method and destination as the FOC was delivered for that LSR (i.e., EDI, fax, email or fax/email). This material may be used only for CLEC internal, informational, non-commercial purposes.   9. Automate DD on FOC and Validate Service Order Number • With this enhancement, IMA validates the accuracy of the service order and due date information entered on the FOC.
