Set A Goal • Define you goal and reset priorities • Write it down and inform others • Allocate resources • Internal agreement and commitment – you need to agree and understand what needs to be done in order to achieve your goal, in order to minimize sabotage along the way. • You are your own management and employees!Managementby objectives (MBO) by Peter Drucker

  5. Make A Plan • You can’t lose 20 pounds overnight unless it is a surgery • It is always overwhelming in the beginning, hence milestones and deadlines • ‘If you can’t measure it, you can’t manage it’ by Peter Drucker

  6. Get To Work • Small achievements are good - One step at a time! • Make yourself accountable and reward yourself • Be consistent, keep track and tell others about your progress

  7. Stick To It 1 Important things do pop up: • Laundry and other chores • Basic Needs (food, sleep, etc.) • Emails to be answered ASAP • Unplanned obstacles • Major change in priorities Time Management: Allocate Time!

Stick To It 2 • Deal with self-doubtor false reasoning, like It is about the journey and not the destination, I tried it before it didn’t work or I’m not a runner • It is hard but you are not alone. Read success stories. • Go back to the roots of your goal: • There was a reason why you wanted to do it.

  9. Stick To It 3 • Not enough resources? Get help! • You plan wasn’t realistic? Revise your plan! • Need motivation? Call a friend and ask them why you should do it. Or join a social platform, ex. https://www.fitocracy.com • Just keep doing it!

  10. Reach Your Goal • You did it! Reward yourself and celebrate • Share your accomplishment with others! It will motivate and inspire them • We can do anything! Opportunities are limitless! We are here to create!
