  4. CRAVE Your Goals • Clean out the clutter • Raise your vibrations • Affirm success • Get rid of negative ideas that keep you from succeeding • Increase your energy, emotions, and attitudes to be more positive • Believe in yourself • Tell yourself that you can do it

  5. CRAVE Your Goals • Visualize your goals • Express thanks • Dream of yourself achieving your goal • Be grateful for your accomplishments • Make a list of successes

  6. Summary • Create a theme or slogan that will motivate you, remind you, or cheer you on to achieving your goal. Add this slogan to the picture of yourself achieving your goal. • Design and write a plan of action of how you will achieve your goal. Write this plan on the back of your picture. • Make a list of accomplishments that you have made. Include accomplishments that are not school related. Write this list on the back of your picture below your plan.
