  5. Monthly Membership List • Each month compare your membership list with the retention spreadsheet. • When the June 30,2013 membership list is published; note how many members listed on the July 1, 2012 list are still members of your chapter. • Calculate your percentage of retention and send your completed spreadsheet to IAAP HQ by July 12, 2013.

  6. Monthly Membership • Each month, IAAP HQ suggests that the chapter membership committee contacts those members whose renewal date is coming up that month. • The goal is to retain the membership, while you are growing the membership.

  7. Chapter Awards • CHAPTER AWARDS: The top 3 chapters (by size category) in each district will received a $50.00 cash award. (15 chapter awards per district) • 25 or fewer members • 25-50 members • 51-75 members • 76-100 members • 100 + members

  8. Division Awards • For each chapter in the division selected to receive the Chapter Award the Division will receive a $25 cash award. • In addition: The top 2 divisions within each district, who retain the highest percentages of DMAL’s, will receive a $250 cash award.

  9. Opting Out • IAAP HQ is assuming that all chapters and divisions are participating and have supplied every chapter and division President with the Retention Spreadsheet with the July 1, 2012 membership list. • If you don’t want to participate then contact HQ and opt out.
