  5. Recruitment Process Objective : Providing Staffing services as per the clients requirement with minimum turn around time. The ProcessOur Services approaches each assignment with a consistent, time-tested, five-step process.Step 1: Define Objectives and Specifications Ensure understanding of client's business and culture Obtain client consensus on profile of the desired executive Develop the search plan Step 2: Identify and Assess Candidates Identify and confirm target sources using appropriate database and network of contacts Identify, screen and evaluate candidates ( Technical expertise & Soft skills) Short listing the right candidate. Share & Review profiles with client TAT for sharing the profiles – 9hrs

Step 3: Interviews Facilitate interviews of candidate with Clients Follow up on candidate status from client Conduct reference checks Select finalists to be interviewed TAT for interviews – Within 2days of the profile being shortlisted. Step 4: Shortlisted Candidates Facilitate final interviews (outstation candidates, Document collection, Reference checks) Salary Negotiation and Benefits Step 5: Follow Up Keep candidate warm till he joins the organization. Ensure Client satisfaction Feedback from Client & Candidate

Payroll Cycle: 21st – 20th • Client to provide authorized data • Leave data adjusted • 7 day collection • 48 hr period for disbursal • Reconciliation done • Bank credits thru SBI, Karnataka Bank, ICICI, HDFC banks • Chqs for 1st month • Paycards for remote, non document availability • Hrad Copy pay-slips Payroll Management Payout Collection Invoicing Attendance • Invoice submission on the 22nd • Client confirmation • Backend activated • Net pay registers preparation

Transition Process- Detailing • Objective – To migrate the entire outsourced employees from existing operating system to Teamworks Payrolls to the complete satisfaction of Client & Associates. • Timelines – As dictated by client • Methodology : • Collection of data of employees : Client responsibility • The consolidated data of existing employees as per standard Teamworks format. to be provided by Client. • Joining formalities • Offer letter issuance : at the time of migration • Collection of Photographs : at the time of migration • Opening of Bank Account : Within 10 days of migration • PF forms collection : PF no. to be allocated after first payroll • ESI forms collection : ESI cards to be handed over within 45 days of Joining • Medical Insurance form collection : Cashless Insurance cards to be handed over within 30 days of joining
