  1. Local OEYPAttendance Card(March only)

  2. OEYP Attendance Card • Local Excel document to be distributed and filled out by OEYP teachers for March only. • Teachers only need to populate the main sheet with student data and hours served. • Attendance cards will be automatically populated when the main sheet is filled out. • At the end of the program, teachers will send the completed Excel document to OEYP Coordinator.

  3. OEYP Attendance Card (cont.) • If, for any reason it’s necessary, a blank card is available for teachers who would rather work via hard copy then enter information at the end. The card can be found at Staffnet. • At OEYP Coordinator's discretion, cards can be printed from the filled Excel document at the end of the program.

  4. Naming Conventions • When teachers save for the first time, a proper naming scheme should be used. It is suggested that the completed, renamed file be saved to the teacher's "H" drive for safekeeping. • The file should be named with teacher’s login name and grade level. • Oleza 3rd.xls

  5. March Only • The Excel document has been offered as a temporary solution until the online OEYP attendance tool developed by E-Services is ready after March 30, 2009.
