  3. Disability Services Supporting and meeting needs of students and staff with disabilities. Promoting an inclusive and accessible environment at Curtin through policy development and representation
  4. Student Conduct(Statue No 10 – Student Disciplinary Statue) Non Academic Misconduct - Any misconduct not pertaining to academic matters
  5. Level 1: Parking offences, Gambling, Vandalism, Alcohol & Smoking offences, Public Nuisance such as disturbances through loud noises, Trespassing Level 2: Bullying, Harassment, Assault
  6. Level 3: Offences punishable under any statutory law of Malaysia shall be referred directly to the Police / Immigration and/or any relevant authority Offender shall face immediate expulsion from the University Example: Blackmail, Extortion, Abuse and/or Possession of drugs, Firearms, Theft

Complaints and Grievance Management Complaints and grievances will be managed with respect and fairness, efficiently, confidentially, and in a manner which affords procedural fairness to all parties. ALL complaints submitted on-line or in paper will be dealt with by the Office with consultation of the Pro Vice Chancellor of Curtin Sarawak Campus.
