    4. Prevention Protocols Evidence base – SIGN protocols for prevention Laminated sheets in all surgeries with guidelines

    5. Toothpaste leaflets Facilitated via VT project

    6. Entry into Oral Health Promotion Accreditation Scheme Smooth entry into scheme – already implemented for 1 year Use of “Delivering Oral Health Toolkit”

    7. Our Practice Every child has a prevention plan Using the whole dental team Resources from pilot scheme Toothbrush & toothpaste packs Fluoride varnish Supporting literature Training in oral health promotion for team

    8. Prevention Agreements Written agreement between dentist and patient/parent Aide memoir tick list for dentist Aimed at reinforcing preventative elements of treatment Patient/parent actively engages with preventive plan
