  10. Sports Participation • There were 25 boys and 20 girls in soccer • There were 20 boys and 30 girls in baseball • There were 15 boys and the same number of girls in basketball • There were 8 boys in tennis; and twice as many girls.

NMS Fundraising • The car wash raised $100 but is cost us $60 in expenses • The Pancake breakfast cost us 50, but the admission at the door was $150 • The Bake sale raised $125, and are only expense was advertising of $25 • The 50/50 raffle raised $200 and we kept half of that amount for the school

  18. NMS Absense • In the 6th grade on Tuesday there were 5 absences. There were twice as many 7th graders absent. • On Wednesday there were 7 6th graders absent, and the same number of 7th grades as Tuesday. • On Thursday, each grade had 6 absences. • The 8th grade on the same number absent each day of the week
