  4. Supporting Success • Our goal is to help families be successful in all areas of their life • We believe people with disabilities must be included in all parts of our community • We use positive relationships and problem-solving to help create opportunities for our families

  5. What happens because of Family Support? • Families are less stressed and alone • Families get what they need and it happens faster • Children experience success • Service Providers have less work, better working relationships and are helpful • Families are safe, secure and successful!
