FSCT Summary Tooling • CAM Shoot Painted cut line – LH door in work – Ben Dees • Tool use instruction for FSCT “TUI_XMEPDTRL473Z5000” revised – Henry Macias • Rotation Fitting shims ECD 5/17, need date relief to 5/17 – COMPLETE Operations • Missing Fin Deck fitting 483Z7502-5 – COMPLETE • Back shop commitment plan to complete Open SOI’s – Cell Managers • The FSCT requires the fittings shown in the attached ppt to be installed.  Holes are in the dome and they do not require any additional holes. FSCT Summary • Paint Under Rotation fittings (section 47) • If QA re-opened the SOI so MT can paint the fitting then no additional planning or tag is required.  The MT will use the baseline SOI to complete the work. CAFFGAFBB1010 (baseline work) • UV damage detection - ME Review with team/Quality • Verify section 47 cut line location - Prime tooling • STN 1794 • FSCT rotation fitting install – ME Review with team/tooling • Need Shim’s - Part on dock at BSC • 1.)  Shim is for PDT404Z7000-300 Shim Definition 01 thru Shim Definition 05 • 2.)  Parts to be made at FAST Coordinate with John Madison (ME) • CAFFGAFBB1011 - LH • CAFFGAFBB1012 - RH

  5. 14 Fittings as shown need to be installed on the dome assy. PDT485Z0110-625 defines these installations. PDT485Z0110-62 was ordered, built and received by PAG. APB Fitting installation

  6. Straps to Crane Sec. 47 Cut Attach 2 lifting straps from crane around Sec. 47 and apply tension to provide lifting and side support to barrel. 2. Attach lifting straps to Rotation Fittings on FSCT with crane and remove slack from straps. Do NOT lift the FSCT until after both 47 and 48 cuts are complete. 3. Locate line for stringer cuts on interior of barrel 4. Cut stringers only to prevent damage to FSCT stringers. 5. Provide vertical support to LH and RH door openings. 6. Cut barrel exterior at Sec. 47 cut line FS 1793.85 to FS 1794 from top center.

  7. 7. Add ratchet strap (1 each side) to Sec. 48 to prevent sliding after Sec. 47 is cut and to provide means of separating Sec. 48 from FSCT later.

  8. Sec. 48 Cut 8. Cut Sec. 48 on final trim line where possible and move aft approximately 6 inches. (Manufacturing)

  9. 9. Remove Sec. 47 by raising FSCT and 48 enough to allow Sec. 47 Cradle to clear FSCT on removal. 10. Install Shipping feet. (Manufacturing) 11. Remove FSCT barrel. (Crane Crew)

  10. = 12. Rotate FSCT and place on shipping container. (Crane Crew)

  11. 13. Complete Trimming operation on Sec 48 to trim line. (Manufacturing) 14. Paint (Manufacturing) 15. Add Tarp and prepare for shipping per TUI_XMEPDTRL473Z5000-100_A or latest Rev.

  12. 16. Remove Sec. 48 Remainder on cradle.
