    2. 2 Nel panorama legislativo italiano la Salute e la Sicurezza sul Lavoro sono regolamentate da un gran numero di atti normativi (a partire dal D.Lgs. 626/94 e s.m.i.) che indicano requisiti da rispettare. Ma č ormai convinzione dei piů che la Salute e Sicurezza debbano essere gestite con sistemi proattivi integrando tale gestione nelle operazioni quotidiane.
